FULL-TIME CAFÉ MANAGER & CHAMPAGNE BAR HOST

Day time hours generally from 09h00 - 17h00

Love great coffee, exceptional service, and a touch of luxury? We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Café Manager & Champagne Bar Host to lead service, create memorable guest experiences, and keep operations running smoothly.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar café, bar, or hospitality management role
  • Ability to make high-quality coffee consistently
  • Current RSA certificate
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and organisational skills
  • Professional presentation and a positive attitude
  • Full Australian working rights (essential)

What you'll do:

  • Manage daily café and champagne bar operations
  • Lead and motivate the team
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Prepare coffee and oversee beverage service
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
