About the Company

Epic IT Australia is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Perth, delivering IT support, cloud services, and infrastructure solutions to business clients.

What You’ll Do?

• Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and remote tools
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and network issues
• Support user accounts, logins, and password resets
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory support
• Visit client sites across Perth for onsite IT support
• Log and update tickets, documentation, and service records

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in IT support or MSP environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networking
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work onsite and in client-facing environments
• IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, CCNA) are an advantage
