Level 1 Service Technician (IT Support)
Join Epic IT Australia and provide hands-on IT support across Microsoft 365, cloud systems, and onsite client environments.
About the Company
Epic IT Australia is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Perth, delivering IT support, cloud services, and infrastructure solutions to business clients.
What You’ll Do?
- Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and network issues
- Support user accounts, logins, and password resets
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
- Assist with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory support
- Visit client sites across Perth for onsite IT support
- Log and update tickets, documentation, and service records
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience in IT support or MSP environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of networking
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite and in client-facing environments
- IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, CCNA) are an advantage
