A Lending Specialist works in banks, credit unions, mortgage companies, or finance firms to help customers apply for and manage loans such as home loans, personal loans, car loans, or business lending.

Main Job Description

Typical responsibilities include:

Meeting clients to understand borrowing needs

Explaining loan products, interest rates, and repayment options

Assessing customer financial information and creditworthiness

Preparing and processing loan applications

Ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations

Following up with customers during approval and settlement

Building relationships with clients and referral partners

Achieving lending and sales targets

Using banking and CRM systems to manage applications

Pay: $6,700.00 – $8,300.00 per month
