Trainee Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a motivated and caring Trainee Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with children while gaining hands-on experience and completing formal training in Early Childhood Education and Care.

About the Role

As a Trainee Early Childhood Educator, you will support experienced educators in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. You will learn daily routines, assist with educational activities, and help create positive experiences that support children’s development and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist educators in delivering quality early childhood programs
Support children’s learning, play, and development
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Follow centre policies, procedures, and child safety standards
Participate in training and professional development opportunities

About You

Genuine passion for working with young children
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, caring, and professional manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Essential Requirements

Must be willing to undertake or currently studying a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) if over 18yrs
First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
