Join Smart Foods Australia A Customer Service Representative (CSR) helps customers by answering questions, solving problems, and giving information about products or services. They are usually the first person customers talk to through phone calls, chat, email, or social media.
Job Description
Typical responsibilities include:
Answering customer inquiries politely and professionally
Helping customers solve problems or complaints
Processing orders, refunds, or account requests
Providing updates about products, deliveries, or services
Recording customer information in the system
Escalating difficult concerns to supervisors when needed
Maintaining good customer satisfaction and communication
This role is ideal for people who are patient, friendly, and good at communicating with others.

Qualifications
Most companies require:
Senior High School or College level education
Basic computer skills
