Full job description
Cheol's is opening a new store in Perth CBD and we're looking for an experienced Barista and Front of House to join the team.
We're building a community-focused café and want people who genuinely love coffee, great service, and growing with a team. Experience in hospitality is a plus, but the right attitude matters most.
Why Cheol's : Be part of something new in the city, backed by a supportive team and owner. Weekdays only.
Barista 1-2 years experience in specialty coffee. Comfortable dialling espresso, steaming milk consistently, and working with La Marzocco, Mahlkonig, Anfim, EK43 and Ubermilk. Pour over experience is a bonus. Positive attitude, reliable and a team player. Must have working rights in Australia.
Front of House Loves people and building community. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, reliable and a team player. Café experience preferred but not essential. Must have working rights in Australia.
