We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and confident coaches to join our brand-new Little Kickers Ballina team!

Who We Are

Little Kickers is Australia’s most loved preschool soccer program, offering fun, imagination-based classes for children aged 18 months to 7 years.
Our sessions introduce kids to sport in a positive, creative, and nurturing way — helping them build confidence, coordination, and social skills while having a blast!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver fun, structured, and engaging soccer-based classes to young children.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and high-energy environment where every child feels like a superstar.
• Communicate confidently with parents and represent Little Kickers with professionalism and warmth.
• Work closely with our lead coaches and Little Kicker Northern Rivers owners to deliver consistent, high-quality sessions.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be a soccer pro, or sporting guru but you do need to have:
✅ A passion for working with children
✅ Great communication and energy
✅ Reliability and confidence in front of groups
✅ A willingness to learn and grow as a coach
✅ Weekend availability (Sunday mornings essential)

Experience in coaching, teaching, childcare, early learning, or sport is highly valued, but not essential, full training is provided.
