About the Role

Global Bridge, an Australia-based education and career training organisation, is looking for a motivated Chinese Market Consultant to support the growth of our Chinese-speaking market.

This role combines consultation, client engagement, and strategic business development with marketing and content support. Helping them explore study, career, and international opportunities in Australia while also supporting market outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Student Consultation & Sales Support

• Communicate with prospective Chinese clients through SNS, email, and online consultations
• Provide guidance on education, career training, and overseas opportunities in Australia
• Build relationships with students, working holiday participants, and young professionals
• Support lead nurturing and conversion processes from inquiry to enrolment
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong client engagement
• Identify market needs and provide insights to improve services and programs

Market Development & Outreach

• Assist in developing strategies to grow the Japanese market
• Support partnership outreach and community engagement initiatives
• Research trends related to education, careers, migration, and working holiday interests among Japanese audiences
• Help strengthen Global Bridge’s brand presence within the Japanese community

Content & Marketing Support

• Create and localise content for Instagram, Facebook, blogs, and websites
• Translate promotional and informational materials into natural Chinese
• Support SNS campaigns and audience engagement activities
• Assist with creative planning, branding, and campaign analysis

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Native Chinese or business-level Chinese communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and consultation skills
• Experience in customer service, consulting, sales, community engagement, or marketing
• Confidence communicating with clients online and through social media
• Familiarity with Canva, or similar content creation tools
• Interest or experience in education, study abroad, migration, WHV, or career-related industries preferred
• Self-motivated, proactive, and culturally aware

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
