Hybrid | Approx. 15 hrs per week |
We’re a growing creative agency working across trades, construction, hospitality, cafés, bars, and restaurants, and we’re looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to help manage both client and internal brand accounts.
This role suits someone who’s confident running day-to-day socials, enjoys strategy as much as execution, and can work autonomously while still collaborating with a wider team.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for managing social media across multiple brands and platforms, including:
- Content scheduling & publishing across Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
- Writing engaging, on-brand captions
- Community management (DMs & comments)
- Assisting with content strategy & planning
- Reporting & analytics using tools like Metricool
- Client communication
- Asking clarifying questions
- Gathering information (especially for hospitality clients under Knack)
- Working closely with:
- Editors & creators
- Virtual assistants
- Managing both client accounts and internal agency accounts
- Contributing to content ideas and creative direction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and campaigns
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using social media tools and analytics platforms (Metricool preferred)
- Creative thinker with solid problem-solving skills
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Up to date with current social media and digital marketing trends
- Junior to mid-level experience is ideal
- Relevant experience is highly regarded but not a deal breaker
- Ability to produce high-quality photos and videos is a bonus (not essential)
