Exercise Physiologist

Exercise Physiologist | $67K–$85K + Super | Private clinic role with full access to aquatic and gym facilities

Salary: $67,000–$85,000 + superannuation (based on experience)

You’ll work from private clinic spaces located within aquatic and leisure centres, with access to:

• Dedicated consultation and assessment rooms
• On-site hydrotherapy pools
• Fully equipped gym rehabilitation facilities
• Exclusive staff areas for documentation, breaks, and collaboration

You’ll deliver 1:1 exercise prescription, rehabilitation, and functional capacity work to clients across:

• NDIS (neurological, physical disability, ASD)
• Older adults (falls, arthritis, joint replacements)
• DVA and Return-to-Work pathways
• Chronic disease management
• Workers Compensation and TAC

This is a clinic-first role, with some community visits where you can connect with clients in their own environments and help transition them back to regular in-clinic rehab.

About You

You bring:

• ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status – current registration
• Strong communication skills – with clients and colleagues
• Team player attitude – supportive, proactive, and collaborative
• Good time management – punctual, organised, and thorough
• Police Check, WWCC, and Driver’s Licence
• New graduates welcome – with training and mentorship provided
