A typical day at work is very happy and exciting. I learned to be more approachable to the customers to assist them and to solved their problems when it comes to billing part. The management are very approachable, always smile and greet us and they also they think the best solutions or they address it immediately if we will raised some problems.
The hardest part of the job is long hours and the time is not fix almost everyday changed like for example today our shift is from 6 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon tomorrow will change it to 7 in the morning to 4 in the morning so the body clock will be needing to adjust everyday, and the quota itself is hard to attain everyday.
The most enjoyable part when the customers are not irate and very nice and if they are just inquiring about the bills because disputes or irate customers always disputes their bills even if all those charges are valid and its their faults.
