I worked as an operative at Mondelez in Birmingham, I had a very good relationship with Ranstad, and believed I could be relied as a reliable flexible worker.
I enjoyed working with my colleagues, and because we work on a four shift basis, I tried very hard to prepare work for the following shift. I also believe I had the trust of my fellow workers and hence management too. I was often asked to run the shift, which is an important management role, this I achieved with distinction, mainly because I had many year experience in management.
