About the opportunity

  • Primary Purpose: to fill for staff vacancies as per departmental needs
  • Provide quality O&G scanning
  • Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which provides high quality O&G scanning to Emergency patients, Outpatients and In Patients as well s some general scanning.


What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:


  • Sonographer qualification and registration with ASAR
  • Experience in Obstetric and Gynaecology scanning with some general experience.
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.


You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
