We are offering an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative team that values wellbeing, professional development, and shared success. As an integral member of the Clinical Placements Team, you will contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment while gaining experience across a variety of administrative and coordination activities that support student learning and engagement.


The primary purpose of this role is to work closely with colleagues to coordinate and implement the administrative processes required to place students within the Bond University Medical Program and Allied Health Programs. You will help ensure placements run smoothly and efficiently by maintaining clear communication, supporting compliance requirements, and collaborating with Curriculum and Assessment Administration Teams.


In this team‑based role, you will contribute to shared workflows, support colleagues with system use and information management, and help maintain accurate, timely, and high‑quality placement information. You will work collaboratively with academics, professional staff, and external partners to ensure students and stakeholders are well‑informed and supported throughout their placement experience.


About the person

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual with strong administrative capability who will contribute positively to a collaborative team environment. You will be someone who works effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrates initiative, and values opportunities for cross‑training and professional growth.


We are looking for someone who:


  • Provides a high standard of administrative support, demonstrating strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Possesses solid IT literacy, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with student systems or similar platforms.

  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Works independently with effective time‑management skills, managing competing priorities in a busy environment.

  • Shows strong organisational capability, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

  • Contributes positively to team outcomes, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment.


Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $74,096.61 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
