Whether you have been a senior management team member or have supervised a small F&B team, we are looking for leaders with a variety of experience levels:

• Team Leader
• Supervisor
• Area Supervisor (multiple units)
• Manager
• Area Manager (looking after a whole zone of the precinct)

The Positions:

• Lead and inspire a diverse team across food, beverage, and customer service operations
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and safe day-to-day service delivery across your assigned area, while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer experience
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Liaise with stakeholders and other event departments to ensure cohesive service
• Monitor stock levels, operational issues, and team scheduling needs
• Resolve issues calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to the vibrant, world-class atmosphere of the Australian Open

The Person:

• Proven experience in a hospitality management setting, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
