Role Overview:

We are seeking a sociable, organised, and proactive Support Worker to join our team in Melbourne greater area. In this role, you will assist participants with their specific needs and maintain positive relationships with both participants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support NDIS participants with their specific needs.

- Network effectively to secure participant referrals and enhance service provision.

- Empower clients to comprehend, implement, and review their NDIS plans.

- Comply with required NDIS reporting including progress, incidents, and changes in circumstances.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Either experience o support qualifications in Australia.

- Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines.

- High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships.

- Proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

- Experience of working with people with different disabilities.

- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

- Current full driver’s license.

- Access to a reliable car & comprehensive car insurance.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Working With Children’s Check.

- Australian work rights and National Police Clearance.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check.

- CPR certificate

- First aid certificate

- Preferred ability to communicate both in English & Spanish

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
