About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Casual Team Member to join our team and support the daily operations of our venues, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to tables
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with liquor licensing requirements
Shifts & Availability
- Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Casual role with varying weekly shifts based on business needs
- Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable
Pay & Conditions
- Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020
- Applicable classifications, junior rates and penalty rates apply where relevant
- Employees performing liquor service duties are paid the adult rate for that time, in accordance with the Award
- Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or over (due to alcohol service)
- Must hold valid Australian working rights
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
