About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Casual Team Member to join our team and support the daily operations of our venues, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to tables
  • Process payments accurately using POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with liquor licensing requirements

Shifts & Availability

  • Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
  • Casual role with varying weekly shifts based on business needs
  • Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable

Pay & Conditions

  • Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020
  • Applicable classifications, junior rates and penalty rates apply where relevant
  • Employees performing liquor service duties are paid the adult rate for that time, in accordance with the Award
  • Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or over (due to alcohol service)
  • Must hold valid Australian working rights
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
