Do things differently with us
At Great Southern Bank, quality isn't something that's tested at the end. It's embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
You'll work on core banking platforms and customer-facing systems that are critical to the services our customers rely on every day. Partnering with business stakeholders, analysts, developers and vendors, you'll help identify issues early, reduce risk and ensure quality outcomes across multiple releases and initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 3+ years' experience in software testing across complex technology environments
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test design techniques and defect management practices
- Experience executing functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA and Zephyr
- Experience working across Agile, hybrid or waterfall delivery environments
- Strong understanding of system integrations and testing across multiple applications and interfaces
- Experience with API testing and SQL-based data validation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and investigative skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality outcomes
