We value in-person connection with our teams and clients, with flexibility to balance work and life
Mentoring, coaching, and leadership programs to help make an impact that matters
Unlock everyday savings through our MyBenefits platform on retail, tech, travel and more
Ready to do meaningful work with a team that is curious, collaborative and genuinely supportive? In Digital Assurance, you’ll deepen your expertise across technology-enabled assurance, risk, controls and regulatory work while working with clients that help underpin the integrity of the Australian economy. You’ll be part of a team that values high-quality work, strong relationships and a sustainable rhythm between work and life.
What will your typical day look like?
Your day will be varied, practical and people focused. You’ll work side by side with clients and Deloitte teams to understand how businesses use technology, how their systems support key processes, and where controls help protect customers, brands and community trust. You’ll help clients strengthen their IT governance, risk and control environments as they navigate cloud, agile delivery, robotics, ERP transformation and emerging technologies.
You’ll deliver audits of clients’ systems, data and cybersecurity controls, helping assess whether digital practices and control activities are well designed and operating effectively. Working closely with financial audit teams and other stakeholders, you’ll support engagement planning, lead components of fieldwork, evaluate control design and test the effectiveness of internal controls across IT processes and systems. The work you do helps provide confidence in the technology that supports financial reporting and business operations.
You can expect real challenges, diverse clients and plenty of room to grow, without losing sight of balance. We care about delivering great work, but we also care about working sustainably, staying connected and supporting each other through busy periods. You’ll continue learning through hands-on delivery, coaching and structured training in IT, business processes, project management and assurance.
As AI becomes increasingly embedded in business processes and technology environments, you’ll also have the opportunity to explore how new tools, automation and data-driven approaches are changing the way controls are designed, tested and assured.

You’ll join a welcoming team that shares knowledge, celebrates progress, backs each other during peak periods and creates space for flexibility where it matters. Demand for our services is growing fast, and we’re excited to welcome people who want to learn, contribute and grow with us.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

Possesses 1–3 years’ experience in technology, risk, audit, assurance or a related field, either in professional services or a corporate environment.
Has a combination of IT and Business qualification (this would be viewed favourably).
Has commenced or be eligible to commence professional qualifications such as CISA, CA or equivalent.
Brings a blend of technology, business, accounting, risk or assurance knowledge, and is keen to keep learning.
Has practical experience supporting audit, assurance, risk, controls or technology-related engagements, fieldwork or project workstreams.
Enjoys working in a team, building trusted relationships and bringing a positive, curious mindset to new challenges.
Delivers quality work with care, brings strong attention to detail, and uses analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to make complex information easier to understand.
