Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and update course curriculum and learning materials in line with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and educational standards.

Deliver effective and engaging instructional sessions to students, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Design and administer assessments to evaluate student learning outcomes, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate student progress.

Establish and maintain strong connections with industry partners and employers to ensure the relevance and currency of vocational training programs.

Provide guidance and support to students, including academic advising, mentoring, and referral to support services as needed.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success, managing classroom dynamics and promoting respectful behavior.

Stay informed about advancements in vocational education pedagogy, industry practices, and regulatory changes through ongoing professional development activities.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies, and maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes.

Collaborate with colleagues, academic administrators, and industry stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of vocational education programs.

Participate in program reviews and quality assurance processes, contributing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
