About Us

We are a Melbourne-based, well-established Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering high-quality accredited training in CRICOS of Massage Therapy, Mental Health, and ELICOS programs to domestic and international students.

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a detail - oriented and proactive Student Support and RTO Administration Officer with hands-on experience using the Student Management System. The successful candidate will support day-to-day RTO operations of student services and compliance, while ensuring smooth coordination of academic monitoring and enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

  • General reception and administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and reporting.
  • Provide support to both current and prospective students.
  • skilled in student enrolment. e.g Issue LOO
  • monitoring Course Progress is expecting
  • Monitor student attendance, and academic records.
  • Ensure all student records are accurate and up to date in the student management system (aXcelerate or VETtrak).
  • Support trainers, assessors, and management with administrative tasks.
  • Oversee orientation sessions and support compliance with CRICOS and ELICOS requirements.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an RTO, preferably in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Solid understanding of the VET sector, CRICOS, PRISMS, ELICOS, and the ESOS Framework.
  • Experience with student management systems such as aXcelerate is essential.
  • High level of attention to detail, especially when working with compliance-related data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Be organised and able to handle multiples tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bilingual skills (Japanese, Thai, Filipino,Chinese or other languages) are highly regarded.
