THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen staff(1) to join our growing kitchen team. This is more than just a job – it's an opportunity to showcase your wok skills, work with fresh ingredients, and be part of a supportive team that values craftsmanship and dedication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute high-volume wok frying with precision and consistency
  • Prepare dishes to order during busy service periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of wok station
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist with basic prep work and mise en place
  • Contribute to menu development and kitchen improvements

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

✓ Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times
✓ Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
✓ Physical stamina to work long shifts in a hot kitchen environment
✓ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✓ Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic

DESIRABLE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL)

  • Experience with Thai cuisine or Asian cooking styles
  • Experience working in high-volume restaurants
