Full job description

Thai La Ong at Bondi Beach is looking for an experienced and reliable chef to join our kitchen team. You'll work closely with our Head Chef and need to be confident running a busy service, managing your section, maintaining prep and quality standards, and helping lead the kitchen during service when required.

This isn't a full management/Sous Chef position, but we're looking for someone experienced enough to step up and take responsibility during their shifts.

Thai Cuisine/restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $260.00 – $320.00 per day
