This exciting career opportunity will suit a highly motivated and proactive Restaurant Manager to join our established team at Boronia Kitchen. We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 6 days a week and are seeking an Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for successfully operating this exciting eatery. Through your own initiatives, you will have the opportunity to grow within the business and learn from some of Sydney's best.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

• An understanding of the expectations of an Restaurant r in a fast-paced cafe / restaurant environment.
• Proven success in a hospitality management role and previous experience in a fast paced, restaurant essential.
• A passion for leading and developing a multi-talented team.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and the drive for creating sustainable long-term business success.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
• A genuinely charismatic, energetic personality.

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day management of floor operations and associated activities.

About the restaurant

Executive Chef, Simon Sandall, is set to add restauranteur to his already impressive CV, opening Boronia Kitchen early June 2018. Boronia Kitchen is a contemporary local eatery serving up quality home-style food with exceptional service in a relaxed and intimate restaurant setting in the vibrant community of Hunter's Hill.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
