We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Support Officer to support the efficient day-to-day operation of our transport and logistics activities.

About the Role

As an Operations Support Officer, you will provide administrative and operational support to the operations team, helping coordinate transport activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth communication between drivers, customers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Maintain and update operational records and databases
  • Assist with scheduling deliveries, routes, staff, and resources
  • Monitor daily operations and report issues as they arise
  • Coordinate communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation
