About the Role:
As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining the safe flow of vehicles, pedestrians, and workers around construction and roadwork sites. Every shift is different, and you’ll be part of a team that prides itself on professionalism and safety.

Role Requirements:

  • Manage traffic flow using stop/slow bat and other controls
  • Set up, monitor, and pack down traffic control equipment
  • Communicate clearly with site teams and the public
  • Follow all required safety procedures and protocols
  • Represent our company with a positive and professional attitude

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Traffic Control certifications
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends where required
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
