Now Hiring: Kitchen Hands & Kitchen Assistants – Vietnamese Restaurant Group (Marrickville / Quay Quarter CBD)

Fancy joining a kitchen where you're more than just another pair of hands? We run two much-loved Vietnamese restaurants — our original spot in Marrickville and our newest venue at Quay Quarter in the Sydney CBD — and we're on the lookout for friendly, hardworking people to join us.

What you'll be doing:
Supporting our chefs day-to-day, from food prep, plating, keeping the kitchen clean and running smoothly, and occasionally helping out with catering events. It's fast-paced but rewarding, and every shift keeps you on your toes.

We're after someone who:

  • Has at least 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Brings a strong work ethic and pays attention to detail
  • Works well as part of a team and is reliable
  • Vietnamese cooking background is a bonus, not a must
