About the opportunity
The Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator will work collaboratively across NSW SES to develop, implement and report on a range of diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and programs for the NSW SES; including playing a pivotal role in driving, implementing and embedding the NSW SES Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Framework.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • proven ability to work collaboratively and develop productive relationships with key stakeholders
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • demonstrated knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles, programs, initiatives and best practice
  • demonstrated experience in a Diversity & Inclusion role
  • solid understanding and experience in project management would be advantageous
