What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll provide trusted, respectful support to Elders helping them live safely and comfortably at home and in community.
  • Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
  • Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
  • Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
  • Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Who We’re Looking For
  • A compassionate, respectful, and reliable carer
  • Holds a valid Australian driver’s licence and has a reliable car
  • Brings empathy, cultural awareness and a willingness to learn
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply
  • Non-Aboriginal carers committed to culturally safe care are also welcome
  • Both experienced and entry-level carers encouraged to apply
