We're looking for a friendly, organised person to join our small team at Kitchen Kapers.

If you enjoy keeping things organised, helping people, and being part of a supportive workplace, we'd love to hear from you.

The role includes:

  • Processing supplier invoices and stock receipts
  • Basic accounts (creditors & invoicing)
  • Following up outstanding payments
  • Filing and general office administration
  • Assisting our accounts team with day-to-day tasks

You don't need to be an accountant, but some administration or basic accounts experience would be an advantage. We're happy to train the right person.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable and organised
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Happy to work as part of a small team
