We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Assistance to join our aged care team.

This role would suit someone who has strong administration experience, excellent task management skills, and the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be confident managing competing priorities, following processes, communicating professionally, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

About the role

The Administration Assistant will be responsible for supporting the office team with a range of administrative duties, including:

  • Managing incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Completing daily administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Supporting client and staff enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Assisting with rostering, compliance, filing, and general office support
  • Following up tasks to ensure nothing is missed
  • Working closely with the wider team to support quality care delivery

About you

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous administration experience, preferably in aged care, disability, health, or community services
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Is confident using computer systems and digital platforms
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability
  • Can remain calm and focused in a busy office environment

Experience in aged care administration, compliance, rostering, or client services will be highly regarded.
