About the role

Join BreastScreen SA as an Administrative Officer/Receptionist and play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality assessment services. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and healthcare professionals, you will provide professional reception and administrative support while helping create a positive and welcoming experience for all stakeholders.

Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate a range of administrative activities including clinic support, preparation of specialist reports and correspondence, and management of client information. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in providing accurate and confidential administrative support.

You are a friendly and organised administration professional who enjoys supporting people and delivering exceptional customer service. You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
