Job Description


We are on the lookout for motivated and hardworking Graduate Sales Merchandiser to join our Diageo Field Team!

Visiting key retailers, you will be responsible for delivering commercial growth, execution excellence and strong retailer partnerships across liquor outlets. Using your superior product expertise, you will passionately communicate the Diageo brands story and convert customer engagements into sales.

This roles provides a clear development pathway into Business Development Manager (BDM) Positions.

  • Salary package of $89K!
  • Monday to Friday 9-5pm
  • Induction training and ongoing field support!
  • Great team culture!
  • Reimbursement for RSA qualification if required

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Recent university graduate in marketing, business or similiar
  • First class communication skills
  • A keen interest in the drinks industry - Bar skills are not necessary
  • A self-driven attitude and reliability.
  • The flexibility to visit multiple stores
  • Confidence to provide a high level of customer service to create sales and return business for Diageo.
  • Reliable vehicle and mobile phone
  • A positive can-do approach!
