Full job description

As our DTC Data Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting commercial and operational performance through clear, actionable data insights. You’ll work closely with the DTC Operations Manager and partners across Finance, Marketing, and Planning to drive a more data-informed culture across the business.

What You’ll Own

Insights & Performance

  • Deliver reporting across key DTC metrics including sales, labour, productivity, conversion, and customer experience
  • Analyse trends to identify risks, opportunities, and key drivers of performance
  • Translate data into clear, relevant insights for stakeholders
  • Support trading updates and performance reviews with data-backed storytelling
  • Track key initiatives against targets and highlight areas that need attention

Forecasting & Commercial Impact

  • Support forecasting and reforecasting using historical data and trends

  • Assist in setting targets and tracking performance against plan

  • Provide data inputs to support promotions, trading periods, and retail calendar execution

  • Identify opportunities to optimise sales, labour, and operational efficiency

  • Contribute insights to store network and location planning decisions

Collaboration

  • Partner with teams across Finance, Marketing, and Planning to align insights

  • Act as a key point of contact for data-related queries and requests

  • Support cross-functional projects with accurate and timely data

  • Champion a data-led mindset across the ANZ business

Systems & Data

  • Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data sources

  • Extract and consolidate data from retail, eCommerce, and operational platforms

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data outputs

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting

  • Support adoption of new tools and systems

About You

You’re naturally curious, detail-oriented, and confident working with data. You know how to turn numbers into meaningful insights and communicate them in a way that drives action.

You bring:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability

  • Clear, structured communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities

  • An understanding of how data influences commercial outcomes

Your Technical Toolkit

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365

  • Experience with reporting/visualisation tools (e.g. Data Studio or similar)

  • Familiarity with retail or eCommerce data and systems

  • Understanding of key retail metrics such as sales, conversion, and productivity

  • Ability to maintain, improve, and streamline reporting processes

  • Confidence learning new systems and tools quickly
