About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and confident Appointment Setters to join our growing renewable energy team. In this fully remote role, you’ll engage warm inbound leads, speak with potential customers about the benefits of solar, and book qualified appointments for our experienced sales consultants.

This is a COMMISSION - ONLY , ideal for those who thrive in a high-performance environment and want to be rewarded for results.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage inbound leads and set high-quality appointments.

Effectively communicate the value of solar energy to residential customers.

Follow up with leads, overcome objections, and maintain lead flow.

Track performance and meet weekly/monthly targets.

Manage your own schedule while working from home.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in appointment setting or sales (preferably in call centres or utilities).
