About the Role:

Are you looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? We are currently seeking Entry-Level Footwear Packers to join our growing production team. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to learn packaging processes and contribute to the delivery of high-quality footwear products in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack finished footwear products into designated boxes and shipping cartons accurately and efficiently.
• Apply appropriate labels, barcodes, and packaging materials according to product specifications.
• Perform a final visual inspection on products to identify any defects or production issues before packing.
• Assist with general factory and production duties to support daily operational targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required — full training will be provided.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.35 per hour
