About the Opportunity:


At Australian Unity, we're committed to helping our members and customers thrive. As a Client Service Representative within our Wealth & Capital Markets team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to clients, financial advisers and internal stakeholders across our Wealth Platform.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in financial services, wealth management, investments or registry operations who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.


You'll join a collaborative team that supports a range of Life and Investment products, helping clients navigate their wealth journey while ensuring requests are managed accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.


What you'll do


  • Respond to client and adviser enquiries via phone, email and digital channels
  • Process investment and account transactions including withdrawals, transfers, switches and account maintenance requests
  • Deliver timely and accurate support across Life and Investment products
  • Investigate and resolve client and adviser queries, striving for first contact resolution wherever possible
  • Support business and platform initiatives, including system and process transitions
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Operations, Product, Compliance and Adviser Support teams

About You:


You'll have experience working within a call centre environment in financial services, wealth management, investment administration, registry operations or a similar customer focused environment. You are highly organised, detail orientated and take pride in delivering exceptional service outcomes. You enjoy working as part of a team, can manage competing priorities and communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders. Experience supporting investment or wealth products, processing transactions and working within a regulated environment will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you'll bring a proactive mindset, a passion for helping customers and a commitment to continuous improvement.
