  • $31.24 per hour base plus super, plus any penalties.

  • Part time Hours: O vernight Wednesday and Thursday and also Monday afternoon 4.45-22.45

Your New Role

As a Care Companion you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.


You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?

  • Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents

  • Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members

  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe

  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive


About You

Does this sound like you?

  • A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents

Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability
    • Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful

    • Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
