We’re inviting expressions of interest for entry level applications to join our permanent workforce at Holsworthy Barracks as a Groundsperson. We're committed to building a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Maintenance and upkeep for site grounds and gardens
  • Identify and manage risks associated with grounds maintenance
  • Will be trained in using a variety equipment such as ride on mowers, whipper snippers and all other grounds maintenance equipment

What You’ll Bring

  • Current Open Driver’s Licence.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory).
