The Coral Bell School of Asia Pacific Affairs (Bell School) is a world-leading centre for research, education, and policy analysis on international and Asia Pacific politics, security, diplomacy, and strategic affairs. The school comprises a number of vibrant, interdisciplinary, intellectual communities: the Department of International Relations, the Strategic and Defence Studies Centre, the Department of Political and Social Change, and the Department of Pacific Affairs.
The Opportunity:
As the Business Services Consultant, you will be at the heart of the Bell School, providing high-level administrative support and strategic advice to ensure the effective management of day-to-day operations. You will be the first point of contact for a variety of stakeholders, including staff, students, and visitors, while collaborating closely with team members and colleagues across the College and central services. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the school’s dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role and possess a strong attention to detail.
