The Role We're seeking an organised, customer-focused Associate to the Business Development Managers to join our MPBuild residential division. Based in our Mooloolaba office, you will support the BDM team with sales administration and stakeholder engagement while being developed and mentored to progress into a full Business Development Manager role over time.

Key responsibilities

  • Support BDMs by collating, reviewing and assisting in completing Sales Advice and ensuring supporting documents are accurate.
  • Enter and manage sales packages in the Portal and maintain awareness of current marketing offers.
  • Build and maintain accurate buyer and vendor databases.
  • Complete administrative tasks that support strong sales outcomes.
  • Learn and communicate development/estate and regional information (e.g. demographics) relevant to each location.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent client care and service.
  • Attend required meetings and contribute to identifying future business opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team.

Skills & experience

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in sales support roles is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-level administrative skills.
  • Experience with sales support, CRM/portal data entry or similar systems preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude and a career focus on progressing to a BDM role.
  • Team player with a solutions-focused approach.
  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in the construction or property industry is required.
