BMW Group Australia is inviting upcoming and recent graduates to participate in our Assessment Centre for our Graduate Management Program. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your capabilities, gain first-hand exposure to BMW’s business, and connect with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales and Operations.

About Our Graduate Management Program

Our Graduate Management Program offers unique opportunities for recent graduates who are ready to showcase their talent while gaining invaluable experience working with an iconic brand.

This program is designed to enrich your knowledge and skills, provide exposure to various functions and experiences, help you build your own brand, expand your network, and guide your career aspirations. The program offers:

The Assessment Centre and How to Apply

The Assessment Centre is a half-day event designed to evaluate candidates through a range of activities. The session includes:

• A welcome session to introduce you to the program and our team
• Group and individual activities to assess your skills and teamwork
• A Q&A and networking session, providing an opportunity to ask questions and connect with BMW Group representatives
