The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly experienced Customer Success Manager to lead the growth, customer success and strategic direction of Amplar Health's aged care segment, Age Better

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen customer partnerships, drive sustainable growth and deliver exceptional outcomes for our aged care partners. Working closely with customers, partners and internal stakeholders, you'll identify new opportunities, lead strategic initiatives and help shape the future of healthcare solutions in one of Australia's most important and evolving sectors.

What you'll be responsible for:

Driving customer success, retention and growth strategies.

Building and managing senior stakeholder and customer relationships.

Identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Leading high-value tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations.

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative customer solutions.

Providing market insights to influence strategic decision-making.

Leading, coaching and building a high-performing team.

This is a permanent full-time position offering flexibility to work from home or one of our offices or a combination of both. This role requires regular travel both locally and interstate

About You

You are a commercially astute and customer-obsessed relationship builder with a passion for improving health outcomes and creating long-term value for customers and partners.

You'll bring:

Significant experience in customer success, business development or strategic stakeholder engagement within the health sector, ideally aged care, home care or community health.

A strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop customer-focused solutions.

Proven success building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering commercial and customer outcomes.

Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills, with experience developing high-performing teams.

A passion for innovation and improving customer experiences through tailored healthcare solutions.
