C Class Driver jobs

As a Freight Officer/Van Driver with Centurion Transport, you’ll join our Kalgoorlie Depot in a Permanent role. You’ll operate required to complete Van Driver work, Freight Handling and Counterbalance Forklift Work within a warehouse environment.

Working a Monday to Friday Roster, you’ll be responsible for loading, unloading and securing freight safely and efficiently, using equipment and load restraint methods as part of daily operations including deliveries within the region.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in safe load restraint, accuracy and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate counterbalance forklift
• Handle general, ugly, palletised and oversize freight
• Scan and track freight across all stages (received, staged, loaded and unloaded)
• Prepare outbound freight for safe and secure dispatch
• Use RF scanners to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Work closely with drivers and yard teams to keep freight moving
• Deliveries and Van Driving

What You’ll Bring

• Current LF Forklift Licence with practical experience (if required)
• C Class Licence to compete Van Driving Work in the region
• Proven experience handling general and oversize freight
• Previous yard hand, warehouse or similar experience
• RF scanner experience (highly regarded)
• Ability to follow direction, work in a team and prioritise safety
