Finacial Advice Cadetship

Our cadetship provides an opportunity to learn and develop in a growing business within a dynamic and changeable environment. You will study whilst working parttime in our Client Service Team. You will be part of the team that is responsible for providing a broad range of support to the Advice team, in the provision of high-quality ongoing services to existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision of exemplary client service, meeting and greeting clients, managing inquiries and requests.

  • Developing a deep knowledge of and strong working relationship with the team to assist with obtaining information, completion of tasks and processes, and reporting, within agreed time frames

  • Maintaining systems (including the Client Relationship Management System), processes, and tools, ensuring data integrity

  • Assist in administrative functions for the team.
