Café All-Rounder / Barista

Baby Olive – Armstrong Creek, VIC, 3217

Baby Olive is a brand-new café and gelato bar opening in Warralily Quarter, Armstrong Creek. We’re looking for friendly, reliable and passionate team members to join us as we launch our new venue.

We’ll be serving quality coffee, gelato, cakes, pastries and a range of café favourites in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

About the role

As a Café All-Rounder / Barista, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the café, including:

* Preparing quality coffee and café beverages

* Serving gelato and assisting customers

* Taking orders and operating the POS system

* Preparing and presenting food, cakes and pastries

* Maintaining a clean and organised café

* Restocking and general café duties

* Providing friendly and attentive customer service

* Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures

* Working effectively as part of a small team

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Friendly, positive and customer-focused

* Reliable, punctual and well presented

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment

* Passionate about coffee and hospitality

* Able to work independently as well as part of a team

* Available to work weekends and some early mornings

* Experienced in hospitality/barista work is preferred, but we are also open to the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn
