Full job description

Do you love the smell of fresh pastries in the morning and delighting customers with a warm smile?

Grande Bakery’s flagship store in Strathpine Centre is on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and energetic individual to join our team as a Barista/FOH Assistant.

Location: Strathpine Centre Shopping Mall in Strathpine

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serving customers with warmth and efficiency
  • Making coffee & beverages (barista experience is a plus)
  • Support Making focaccia & sandwich
  • Stock Management
  • Managing the till and POS system
  • Keeping the front of house clean, stocked, and looking great
  • Store opening duties
  • General store upkeeping works

- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused

- A great communicator and team player

- Reliable and punctual

- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Previous hospitality and cafe experience preferred

- Passionate about baked goods, coffee, and good vibes
