Casual Team Member – The Acai HQ

The Acai HQ is looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable team members to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and take pride in preparing high-quality food and drinks, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Preparing acai bowls, smoothies, coffees, shakes, and other menu items to a consistently high standard.

Greeting customers with a friendly attitude and providing exceptional service.

Taking orders and processing payments using our POS system.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace in line with food safety standards.

Restocking ingredients and packaging throughout your shift.

Assisting with opening and closing duties.

Working as part of a supportive team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What we’re looking for:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.

A willingness to learn and follow recipes and procedures.

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
