We are looking for experienced Barista/All Rounder to join our Brooklyn Donuts Team.

What you'll be doing:

• Beverage preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, such as coffee, espresso drinks, and teas, according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Customer service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about menu items, and process payments using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Sales and upselling: Recommend and upsell food and beverage items to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Food service: Prepare and serve food items, such as pastries, sandwiches, and snacks, as required.
• Cash handling: Accurately handle cash and card transactions.
• Workstation management: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation, including cleaning equipment, countertops, and seating areas.
• Opening and closing duties: Assist with opening and closing tasks, which may include setup, cleaning, and inventory.

What we're looking for:

• Customer service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent service and build rapport with customers.
• Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail: Pay close attention to detail to ensure drinks are made correctly and orders are taken precisely.
• Technical skills: Experience with operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with different coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods is beneficial.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Cleanliness: Adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $34.00 per hour
