Are you looking for your next challenge?

The Sanctuary Cafe is looking for an experienced Cafe All Rounder to take on the role of the leader and became a Part of our TSC team. We need a Cafe All Rounder to make sure that the Drinks reflect the beautiful surroundings of Dicky Beach!

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up the cafe area
  • Making the drinks to perfection.
  • Developing and leading front of house team to consistently deliver high-quality Drinks.
  • Keeping the area clean as per the industry sanitation regulations.
  • Helping with stock management including, ordering, rotation, and wastage control.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail in all areas of your work.

Ultimately, you’ll deliver a complete Drinks menu that delights our guests. If you have experience with coffee making and service skills, we’d like to meet you.

  • Exceptional customer service standards.
  • Ability to engage with the local community.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Well-rounded experience within the Cafe/bar industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
