Experienced Barista Wanted

Are you a passionate and skilled barista with a love for crafting exceptional coffee experiences? We are looking for an experienced baristas to join our team at Bread and Butter, where quality coffee and great customer service go hand in hand.

About the Role:

As a barista/All Rounder you will be responsible for:

Preparing high-quality specialty coffees and cold drinks.

Providing friendly and efficient customer service

Handling cash and operating the POS system

Other front of house duties

Hours:

Monday to Friday

Starting around 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase to around 35 hours per week for right candidate.

What We are Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 1 years of barista experience in a fast-paced cafe

Coffee Knowledge: Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art

Customer Focused: Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Attention to Detail: Commitment to consistency and quality in every cup

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.00 – $34.00 per hour
