Full job description

Açai & Juice Bar Team Member

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individuals available to join our growing açai and juice bar team!

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating delicious food and beverages, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve açai bowls, smoothies, fresh juices, mini pancakes and other menu items to a consistently high standard.
  • Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
  • Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards to maintain product quality.
  • Operate POS systems and accurately process customer payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workspace.
  • Restock ingredients, toppings, packaging and supplies throughout each shift.
  • Monitor stock levels, rotate products and minimise food wastage.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Complete daily opening, closing and cleaning duties.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

  • Availability for weekday, weekend and flexible shifts.

Previous hospitality, café, juice bar or açai experience is highly regarded but not essential. Training will be provided to successful applicants.

Employment Opportunities

We have casual and part-time positions available, with flexible shifts based on operational requirements. MUST BE AVAILABLE for the following shift slots : 8am-4pm / 4pm-12am
